CRAWL INSIDE The C-53 Wreck - 2nd & 3rd Level Decks-Cozumel

Watertrek360 visits the wreck of the C-53, off the west side of Cozumel  Mexico. This visually colorful video provides a comprehensive history of  the vessel, using documented information form the US. Navy .  There are  14 minutes of interior compartments from her stern all the way to the  bow. Video shows both 2nd and 3rd level interior decks, as well as  outside port and starboard views.  The animated diver and wreck icons,  show exactly where you are inside, and which compartment you are in.

This 330-foot former Soviet, then Cuban Navy frigate 

was sunk as an artificial reef in 1996.  Considered to be the best wreck in Cayman Brac.

The USS Kittiwake (ASR-13) a Chanticleer class Submarine Support Rescue  vessel located on the west end of Grand Cayman. This wreck sunk in 2011  as an artificial reef , is considered one of the best dives sites in  Grand Cayman, and the Caribbean as a whole.

The Oro Verde on the west end of Grand Cayman.  This former USS Navy  vessel with a dubious past, ended it's career as a drug smuggler.   It  was sunk in 1980 as an artificial reef.

The wreck of the Doc Polson,  small colorful wreck on the west end of  Grand Cayman. This wreck sunk in 1991 as an artificial reef, is  considered one of the best dives sites in Grand Cayman for macro  photography.
